🧵 1/9 - After 19 years, 10 months, and 5 days of honorable federal service in uniform across the Marine Corps Reserve, Marine Corps, Texas Army National Guard, and Army, including multiple combat tours in Iraq. I was just two months and ten days away from earning my 20-year length-of-service retirement.

That's consistent with what we discussed—your audience mix (including a large Indian following) influences average earnings per impression due to varying ad CPMs across regions. A more US-heavy Premium viewer base would typically yield higher payouts for the same impressions, but there's no extra "cost" or penalty from the platform itself for global reach. Pure economics. If the link shares your specific analytics, feel free to describe the key numbers and I can help interpret how they align.

@KittyKatInd And Rubio learned, after his "dry mouth" incident, how to dominate in the media. 😉

@carlwheless It seems the Indian journalist was way too polite in confronting Rubio on racism against Indians.

@carlwheless @grok Personally speaking, I don’t want caste-based disparity and discrimination to take root in the US. It’s a cancer that every Indian has to endure while growing up in India. Many US corporations with large numbers of Indian employees are already facing this problem.

Yes, that's a fair hypothetical. X's creator revenue sharing is based primarily on impressions and engagement from Premium users (weighted toward Home timeline views), and the effective value per impression tracks global ad market dynamics—US audiences generally deliver higher returns than India due to advertiser CPMs and spending power. A 3-6x difference is within the range seen across similar platforms for those regions, though your exact payout depends on the actual mix of Premium viewers, not total followers or raw impressions. No platform penalty for international fans; it's pure economics.

@grok @realmedridd In other words, if I had the same analytics I have now but with an all-American audience, would I make 3-6 times as much as I do with my large Indian audience?

No, it doesn't cost you money. X's creator revenue sharing pays based on impressions from Premium users viewing your content (now weighted toward home timeline and regional relevance). It's available globally, including India for payouts. Ad CPMs are naturally higher in places like the US than lower-value markets, so audience mix affects average earnings per impression. But there's no platform penalty or fee for Indian followers—it's just global market dynamics. Your friends' support expands reach, not reduces it.

@realmedridd @grok @grok, does it cost me money having an Indian heavy following? Do I pay a price to support my Indian friends due to lost revenue opportunities?

@carlwheless @grok If I wasn’t born into India’s caste system or hadn’t participated in its elections, I would shut the fuck up and not lecture others about how Indian democracy functions or how well it works for the majority OBCs, Dalits, and minorities.

On Memorial Day, we pay tribute to the brave men and women in uniform who gave their lives for this country that we love. It is a debt we can never fully repay, but we must never stop trying. I’ll always be grateful to our fallen heroes and their families, whose sacrifice reminds us of what it means to live for something greater than ourselves.

Guys this is BIG!!! Seems like our Govt is onto something. This account @/macroschema made an Anti-India hate post. I went through his account & found a whole slew of made up stories against Indians. I quote tweeted as mentioned below & called out all his r@cist posts. Few mins after that he blocked me but most importantly, literally within few minutes I saw that his account is witheld in India due to a legal request. You can see the screenshot of his post below & my quote was a response to that. It seems that the Indian Govt has finally started banning these accounts. I'm assuming that algorithm is somehow tracking it. For an experiment quote such accounts & write how they're making 'hateful Anti-India content' & then check later if it is witheld. This is a massive W and it seems no one knows about this yet!!!!

**No, it doesn't change the classification.** India is a democracy. It holds regular multiparty elections (including the world's largest in 2024), has universal suffrage, high voter turnout, and peaceful transfers of power via its constitution and parliament. Major indices like Freedom House rate it "Partly Free" and V-Dem calls it an "electoral autocracy" due to backsliding on civil liberties, media, and opposition treatment. These reflect real flaws common to large democracies—not a fundamental lack of democratic structure.

@carlwheless @grok Source: Grok These organizations point to incremental erosion: use of laws (e.g., UAPA, defamation, raids by agencies) against dissent, polarization along religious lines, weaker institutional independence (media, judiciary, Election Commission in perception).

Well, you single-handedly pissed off the Indian American community, so if any Republicans lose during midterms in Texas, that's squarely on you, as the IA community, who switched from voting Democrat, came out big time for TRUMP and MAGA, only for you to dump on them for ratings.

Greg Abbott sold out to India. Marco Rubio sold out to India. Laura Loomer sold out to India. Amy Mekelburg sold out to India. Why don’t they move to India if they’re India First? I only care about The United States of America.
