It's just registration of shares that need to be available as part of a convertible note deal ICU did last March. @carnesjon We are in much worse shape today than when this documentary was released. Debt/GDP has doubled since I left as Comptroller General of the U.S. Issuing reports in DC to the same people who do the same things will not help us achieve needed change and create a better future.

The federal govt. has lost control of the nation’s finances and the Debt Ceiling has failed to control excessive spending and escalating debt. We must adopt a Fiscal Responsibility Constitutional Amendment focused on debt/GDP if we want our future to be better than our past.
