@MalcolmDeDodd Well, I have been through trauma therapy and DBT. I disagree with the statement “the ones that hurt you are “bad”. I like to avoid black and white thinking. I don’t have all the knowledge in the world so I will not say a blanket statement such as that. It just causes suffering

@carobunga The good news is that once you adress the childhood trauma all the rest comes tumbling down super fast. You just need the faith and the knowledge that the ones who hurt you were bad and wrong, and you can trust yourself outside of them
