4 sessions was all it took to give someone a chance to get on their feet again 6 months post stroke. 96 year old lady discharged to a nursing home full hoist transfer and NO further rehab for the last 4 months. Rehab should be a right not a privilege #rehabmatters

@nataliephysiouk Not all Nursing Homes should be tarred with the same brush, some accept residents and return them to independent living with great physio and OT input and care home staff that really understand and are trained in reablement #hc-one
