@carolinelsm_ugc Yes those are all good options as well. People have been killing it with TikTok shop but for some reason my Tiktok doesn’t have the option.

Instead of a UGC course I have some ideas for another passive income I don’t see other creators doing. Just have to see how it would all work out 🤔 Stay tuned.

Last night, I got so anxious after realizing that December 2023 is the only month this year that I will not be able to meet my 5-fig income goals 😫 So I pulled out my brand contact list and I was prepping to write a cold email to everyone on that list... Then I heard the rice cooker ding and I just stopped working for a bit and started eating dinner - I told my BF how it's pretty disappointing and I felt like I was letting myself down because my Dec income goal was not met. Until we both realized that I literally took a 50-day vacation this year but I still earned and counted income for October! So in reality, I SHOULD give myself more grace and not reaching my income goal for 1 month out of the 12 months this year is OKAY 🥹❤️ This December, I'll be finishing up all of my deliverables for my retainer clients early and will be finishing up my course so I can finally share it by January!

What is up with these requests for "free samples" of UGC? 😂 Do you go to a new hairstylist and ask them to cut your hair as a "free sample"? That's what a portfolio is for, to highlight your best work and reflect what you can do! So no, I don't give UGC away for free 😂

@JohannaLynnUGC Honestly, from what I saw on social media, pitching templates are similar from a creator to another so I’m assuming someone is copying someone else 🤔 probably the same goes to their guide idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s nothing that bothers me more than new creators making UGC and pitching guides 🫠 I’ve been doing this for 6 months and I still consider myself fairly new and I’m not out here trying to make a bucks off of people. I happily give away my tips and tricks for FREE. New creators you do not need to buy a guide to be successful in UGC.

@ugcbygeorgia @SarraineUGC First time of hearing CGC too but I must admit I love their content however it takes so much more time and equipment (sometimes) to make 1 video so they must charge higher I’m assuming 🤔

@SarraineUGC Creator generated content 🤩 I see the two used interchangeably, but I just think that there should be a clear distinction. I get that as UGC creators, we’re content creators, but I think CGC should be reserved for the stuff that looks more *professional* than what UGC is about

I’ve been seeing the term CGC being used a lot, and I don’t know if it’s just me, but I think there’s a clear difference between CGC and UGC. To me UGC is real voices, shot authentically, and I see CGC as the more cinematic content you see people make. What do you guys think?
