In 2022 Saanich Police began investigating an art dealer who operated Winchester Galleries in Oak Bay. That investigation has resulted in a charge of fraud over $5000.00. Over the course of the investigation approximately 1100 pieces of art were seized with most being returned to the rightful owner. We still have a number of pieces that we would like to return, including the ones in the attached pictures. If you consigned art through Winchester Galleries and have not had it returned, please contact us through art@SaanichPolice.ca.
