@carren_smith Hi Carren. We've discovered that signing out of the account and then signing back in typically resolves the issue.😊 1. Tap on ‘My Accounts’ 2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen 3. Tap on ‘Sign Out’ 4. Tap ‘OK’ 5. Tap on ‘Sign In’
