@CarShopGB why am I nearly 3 weeks waiting for a call back from damage you did to my car ? Why is it when I buy said car for £21k and it's engine management light comes on I have to wait 3 weeks for you to even look at it Shocking customer service

@CarShopGB I spent over £20k on a car 3 weeks ago, Today the engine management light came on, stalled at a crossroads and cut out I've called your call centre and the nearest date you can offer to even look at it is 3 weeks away in Sheffield 27 miles away #Furious

@CarShopGB I put a £300 deposit on a car at Cardiff branch may 6th, rang four times to speak to sales manage since, four times promised a call back but Nothing. What's your policy on ripping people off.

@danny_logan18 Hi Daniel, the extended warranty you purchased can be used at any VAT registered garage or main dealership. You can still use Sytner Select Wakefield, if you purchased your car their. The number to reach their booking line is 01924 888833. Thanks!

@CarShopGB hi I have a question I bought a car with warranty from carshop Wakefield I've learnt that they have rebranded just wondering if my warranty would still be valid if I took it back to get an issue fixed? Or would it have to be a car shop branch that did the work?

Thanks @CarShopGB Bristol, when my daughters Smart came in for an MOT last Friday you unplugged tbe Black box from the USB port. However you failed to plug back in, now we are getting messages from @TheRAC_UK saying they may cancel our policy as the Black box was unplugged

@CarShopGB I got my 1 year anniversary email asking for feedback. Your customer service is deplorable. We were offered £500 compensation for a litany of problems with the car and the person dealing with me just stopped replying to my emails. Ignoring customers is not a good look.
