Spring is still in full swing but the time to plan for peak season is approaching... Black Friday online spending hit $11.8 billion in 2025, up 9.1% year over year. Cyber Monday reached $14.25 billion. Peak season has transformed into a months-long push of promos, loyalty drops, and social commerce spikes that starts in October and doesn't fully fizzle out until January returns.
