@DrBradJohnson Let teachers teasch , remove red tape , re open more specialist schools and in crease pastoral support , reform curriculum which doesn’t fit any more , vocational learning for those who don’t fit the ‘mainstream model’ and above all ask the teachers on the ground what they need .

If school districts would take time to ask teachers, if you were to think about leaving, what would it take for you to stay. They would quickly find what they need to focus on to improve teachers working conditions.

@NHS100K I left education to get what I needed to join EEAST . I am a CFR as well but cannot become EMT because not vaccinated but I can continue as a community CFR volunteer. It’s absolutely stupid .

Another trust who are clearly discriminating against unvaccinated applicants. There is no legislation in place Southampton General Hospital so there is no legal requirement for anyone to disclose their private medical status to you!

In June Maddy received the best news EVER! she has been selected for MKDons U14s 22/23 An absolute dream to play for an RTC. Today she has registered for next season & the next part of her football journey begins. Proud doesn’t even begin to explain how we feel.Keep do u mads⚽️❤️

@brassoteach 20 years I was a primary school TA I covered papa and lessons all the time loved the job but couldn’t survive on the poor money any more and sadly had to walk away . Still miss it every day and would go back in a heart beat if only I could afford to live on the money
