Simon Jordan, former chairman of Crystal Palace, stated on talkSPORT that Bayern Munich were utterly lucky in their win against Real Madrid and should have been eliminated. He went on to argue that Luis Díaz is only enjoying such a strong season because the intensity of the Bundesliga is not comparable to the Premier League.
Jordan also claimed that Bayern will not win the Champions League, insisting they never win it and have not done so in over 15 years. He was subsequently corrected by a colleague who pointed out that Bayern Munich lifted the title just six years ago under Hansi Flick, but he nevertheless stood by his original point.

@RaysTheRoofTB I’ve been to two drive games in the last year (out of maybe 5 total) where they have a position player pitching in a game that is within 4 runs. One of them it was in the 10th inning of a tied game…
@caryowk You are right. It seems like there won’t be much to celebrate against Real Madrid. Which is even more unfortunate, considering that they seem far more beatable than in most other seasons
@fcbm885@iMiaSanMia@germanmr02@BILD in the last matches against Real sure he had those mistakes but he was saving everything up until that point it wouldn’t have even been a game without him. respect the greatest goalkeeper of all time
I analyzed how fastball velocity changes with age for MLB starting pitchers (2015–2025). Velocity peaks at ~26 yrs (~93 mph); decline after is slow (~0.08 mph/yr). Curve accounts for player-specific trends, reducing survivorship bias.
