@BigP203901 @yunsangmun6 So that 10M will get chewed up by 475 arcs if Arcs cost 20K. So money raise will happen but I hope for $20M at lets say $5-10 pps range. Small enough dilution. Again these are my hopes. But market likes to punish hopeful.

@cascina @yunsangmun6 Unfortunately, thats not how it works. They won't need to dilute at $20/share. They need working capital to reach breakeven. The good news is, $NNOX has almost no debt. That means, if they succeed, breakeven, and become very profitable - the stock price skyrockets.

@BigP203901 @yunsangmun6 So 10M left for actual Arc production. How many units are needed for that 35M goal? Let's assume 30M are Arc scans. 7 min scans/day x 250days x $30 ~52K per Arc x 575 Arcs running = 30M. 100Arcs end of 2025. 475 more or less depending if more than minimum scans are done.

@BigP203901 @yunsangmun6 With no Arcs as of 9/30 ER they are burning 13.7M per quarter and had 55M left. What chunk of that is set aside for Arc production? This Q4 prob 13M burn, Q1 12M, Q2 10M Q3 7M Q4 3M burn ~ 45M. I used 35M rev as guidance.

@yunsangmun6 It's all about how many units can they build per year. Currently it's probably about 100. FY26 ~ 35M means 300 units (200 for 2026). FY27 300 units possible which would mean 60M + 300 extra units = 90M revenues. FY28 500 units or 140M . 7X-15X revenues 1B-2B = $16-30.
