I recently purchased a phone cover for myself from the Casekro website, the order was also confirmed and after half an hour a message came saying your order is unfulfilled, now neither can I find their contact number nor am I getting any reply through mail, this is a big deal.

@_Hazify Hi @Hazify, order was shipped on 8th Jan. As the delivery exceed our 10-day guaranteed delivery policy, refund has already been initiated from our side. While the courier status still shows in transit, we’ve honored our policy. Apologies for the delay caused by the logistic.

@casekarodotcom claimed they would escalate the matter after I contacted them. That escalation clearly meant nothing.Order stuck at hub (6+ days), 12 days total,keeps saying *will be delivered yet there’s zero actual progress This is misleading customers and unacceptable service.

@Abhirup5944X as soon as we receive any cancellation request we cancel the AWB so this orders dont get picked anyhow, the customer who agrees for cancellation after deduction, gets refund who dont agree for cancellation after deduction, we ship their order. our each order is made to order
