Never forget we are in this mess in Richmond because Democrat Mayor Levar Stoney shut down a profitable coliseum to force people to vote for his development scheme. And when that failed we all got stuck with a decaying empty building while every event booker in America moved their tours to other cities. Democrats do NOT make good business decisions because they do not comprehend business principles. You kill your cities when you rely on people with bad ideas and no real experience.
