I've got a deep dive out today w/@caseymross, who months ago got a hold of a report that Humana's internal research team shared w/execs in '22. It wasn't pretty. Its primary care clinic patients were getting hospitalized & visiting ERs more than those at non-Humana clinics. 1/5
