Hi! I hope this isnt unwelcome advice, I’ve just been thru similar and highly recommend calling your local NLRB office over OSHA (or at least in addition), & the EEOC. It’s an embarrassingly clear (for them) violation of labor rights and what the NLRB exists for! H2h :)

Luckily we have a good food bank, but my son has extreme allergies to most of top 8–I worked hard & made his needs happen but know I’m LUCKY, not better than others.

@HollyEm46009654 @EruditeElf FWIW, I easily qualify for snap (1st yr, have bsn but am disabled), snap makes u requalify 2x a year. at our 6mo, nothing had changed (their end or us). Due to human error, my barely-adequate amt dropped to $12 and the correction isn’t retro, even when I did everything right.

I washed dishes in the school cafeteria after lunch period to pay for my lunches in middle school. And I was made fun of pretty harshly. My dad was a janitor in my elementary school and saw some of the lunch ladies start to give a kid food, then take it away, saying

Retail workers - if someone looks at your name tag and calls you by name how do you feel about it? I think it's super creepy, and it always made me uncomfy. A friend of mine insists I'm wrong.
