This is INNOCENT IHECHU PASCHAL (Madino) who is currently the Dean Mass Communication Faculty at Abia State University.
He allegedly engages in extorting students via handouts and sorting. Also charges up to N350k for projects.
Once students pay for the projects, he will give them what to copy and submit to him.
We are beaming lights at all universities and polytechnics.
If you are a lecturer currently extorting students by any means, you are advised to stop now.
We need to restore the glory in our universities and start producing top quality graduates to drive Africa to greatness.

I missed the last train in Seoul once.
Phone at 3%. Didn’t speak Korean. It was raining, freezing, and I had no idea where I was supposed to go.
I tried calling an Uber but my card kept failing because of my bank fraud protection. Perfect timing.
I was standing outside the station looking completely defeated when this older woman walked up to me and started speaking Korean. I told her I didn’t understand.
She pulled out her phone translator and typed:“You are lost?”
I nodded.
She asked where I was staying, looked at the address, then motioned for me to follow her.
This woman walked me almost 15 minutes through side streets, holding her umbrella over both of us while I apologized every thirty seconds.
When we got to my hotel, I tried offering her cash for helping me.
She looked genuinely offended.
Typed into the translator again:“If my son was lost somewhere, I hope someone helps him too.”
Then she bowed and walked away in the rain before I could even process what happened.
Some places still treat strangers like human beings first.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐭 (𝐀 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞)
I see a lot of people asking how to get started on Ritual. So here's everything you need, step by step. No assumed knowledge.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬?
Ritual Testnet is a place where you can build and test decentralized apps (dApps) that use AI agents. Think of it as a playground where you can experiment before anything goes live for real.
The main hub is skills.ritualfoundation.org– bookmark this. You'll come back to it a lot.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟐: 𝐀𝐝𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭
You need to tell your wallet (like MetaMask) that Ritual exists. Here's how:
Open your wallet → Settings → Networks → Add Network → Add Manually
Fill in these details:
- 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞: Ritual
- 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐃: 1979
- 𝐑𝐏𝐂 𝐔𝐑𝐋: rpc.ritualfoundation.org
- 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥: RITUAL
- 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐫: explorer.ritualfoundation.org
𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐩: If your wallet supports Chainlist, just search for “Ritual” there and add it in one click. Much faster.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟑: 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬
You can't do anything without test tokens (fake money for testing). Go to faucet.ritualfoundation.org
Connect your wallet or just paste your address. Request testnet RITUAL tokens.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐩: You'll need an access code. If you're active in the Ritual Discord or following along closely, you'll find one. The community shares them.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟒: 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐔𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Now for the actual building part. You'll need one of these tool combos:
- 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 + 𝐎𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝟒.𝟕 𝐌𝐚𝐱
- 𝐎𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐫 + 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐱 𝟓.𝟑 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡
If you're new, I'd recommend Cursor, it's more beginner friendly.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩:
1. Install Cursor (it's free to start).
2. Create a folder on your desktop called `ritual app`
3. Open that folder in Cursor.
4. Open the terminal inside Cursor (press `Ctrl + `` that's the key above Tab).
5. Run this command in the terminal:
`git clone github.com/ritual-foundat… .cursor/skills/ritual-dapp-skills`
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤
6. Open the AI chat inside Cursor by pressing `Ctrl + L`
7. Paste this message to the AI:
> "Open and read skills/ritual/SKILL.md. Follow it step by step. My wallet address is 0xYOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS. Build a simple dApp on Ritual."
8. Press enter and approve whatever the AI wants to do.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟓: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭?
The AI will start walking you through building a simple dApp. It will read the instruction file (SKILL.md) and follow the steps automatically.
You don't need to know everything upfront. The AI holds your hand. Your job is to watch, learn, and experiment.

| Get test tokens | faucet.ritualfoundation.org |
| See transactions | explorer.ritualfoundation.org |
| Main learning hub | skills.ritualfoundation.org |
| Network RPC | rpc.ritualfoundation.org |
𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠
You will hit snags. That's normal. When you do:
- Check the #build channel in Ritual Discord
- Search for error messages
- Ask questions clearly (share what you tried)
The community is surprisingly helpful if you show you've tried first.
𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. Even if it's tiny. That's how everyone starts.

Let's talk about something boring that secretly matters a lot: 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬.
Right now, most chains use a simple system. Network busy? Fees go up. Network quiet? Fees go down. Simple, right?
Except there's a problem. Transactions today aren't all the same.
Some are just sending tokens, easy, cheap, fast. Some are complex smart contracts, heavier, slower, cost more. Some are AI requests, massive computation that barely fits in a block. Some are data blobs. They all use totally different amounts of resources, but most fee mechanisms treat them like identical boxes on an assembly line.
Imagine charging the same toll for a bicycle and a cement truck. The bike rider gets ripped off. The truck driver gets a steal. Eventually, nobody on a bike wants to use that road anymore.
@ritualnet 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
Think of it as a smart two sided marketplace for getting work done on the blockchain.
On one side, you have 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 with transactions. You just say what you're willing to pay for 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐣𝐨𝐛. Simple transfer? Low price. Complex AI inference? Fair price for the work. You can even choose: pay more to go fast, or wait a bit and pay less.
On the other side, you have 𝐧𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬, the computers actually doing the work. They get to say what it really costs 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 to run your transaction. A node built for AI can price that work accurately. A node with cheaper hardware can compete on price. Everyone charges fairly for what they actually provide.
Then Resonance matches them efficiently. It's like Uber, but for blockchain compute. Sophisticated “brokers” (think of expert matchmakers) pair up users and nodes, taking a tiny cut for making it all work smoothly.
Why does this matter?
Because blockchains are about to get way more complex. AI agents, cross chain requests, verifiable compute, these aren't simple transfers. A fee system built for 2015 can't handle 2025.
Resonance means you stop overpaying. It means new kinds of transactions don't break the system. It means nodes can specialize and compete fairly.
It's one of those invisible upgrades that makes everything else possible. The boring stuff is sometimes the most important.
