Posts promoting the Scam Altman (SCATMAN) memecoin, along with its contract address, appeared on the @SpaceXAI and @Starlink pages on X. Within the first 20 minutes, the token’s price surged by 975%, while its market capitalization briefly exceeded $1.5 million. The posts were removed shortly afterward, and SCATMAN’s value then collapsed. It looks like a classic rug pull and serves as another reminder that even posts from large, verified accounts should not be trusted without additional verification.
