On June 26 at 11am ET a vendor will be performing maintenance that may briefly disrupt the Studio, Editor and Publisher. We’re not expecting downtime, but wanted to give everyone a heads up! Hosted files will be unaffected.

Our hosting partners have reported that their services are restored following the disruption caused by Hurricane Fiona, and our own internal monitoring systems report the same. Accordingly, all Cast services and components are back and fully operational.

Our hosting partners report that power has been restored to the affected area and they are actively working on-site. We continue to re-enable Cast infrastructure as it is safe to do so, and we have now re-enabled access to the Publisher. For more info, see help.tryca.st

Update: We're continuing to work with our hosting partners. As we begin to bring Cast's infrastructure back online, we have re-enabled access to podcast hosting stats through the Publisher.

It looks like Heroku is in the process of restoring the affected routing infrastructure and we’re seeing Cast’s reachability recover.

We’ve been alerted to an outage with Heroku, our infrastructure provider, which is affecting the reachability of the Cast website. (status.heroku.com/incidents/2402) We’ll continue to monitor this issue.

@jfull1914 You good for about 15 minutes and the first time I mute it, it goes to shit. My audio disappears. We need a new recording platform. Right now we use @castapp Taking suggestions.

@castapp I've been using your app for the last 8 months and every day works worse. Is really hard to being preparing programs and when you've been recording half an hour did not record all the audio. Really disappointed. I'm canceling my plan right now.

@ChrisGriswold Absolutely! You can download your audio files from your Account page (tryca.st/account), edit and mix them externally, and then upload the completed version as the final mix (#uploading-your-own-mix" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">help.tryca.st/publisher/#upl…).
