@cat_mparker You'll need to travel on the service that is stated on your Advance Single Cat, and you can claim for compensation if you arrive at your destination more than 15 minutes delayed. You're only able to travel on another service if your planned train is cancelled - Lauren

@angelacommcats I think this is where the intent and the 'system' can come into conflict. All those strengths are as valid inside the house as out of it. Some people or places are making it work but despite the systems rather than because of maybe ....

@InnovationMatt Think enforced office days on such a regular basis is off putting. Plus if you're part time it's a higher percentage of your working week which can make it really significant. I think in person collaboration is ace but that doesn't necessarily come about just because you are 'in'
