🤣 I shouldn’t be laughing but I am. Peer review is preposterous and their dysfunctional confusion is exposed.
They don blindfolds and ear plugs to ignore rational critique that renders their theory worse than useless (negative consequences from “building strength on dysfunction” - duh).
When you get gait wrong, you’ve made the unacceptable first mistake that can no longer be made.
Undermining physical integrity makes a population frustrated, angry, mean & WEAK (while some puff up with false strength).
Someone call Stanford because we now need

@drstuartmcgill and whom ever else on the “spine stiff is stable” side, owe it to you (the fitness professional) to discuss in an open forum the most important issue and shortcoming of the scientific faction who makes the rules for everyone else.
It may take some MASSIVE peer pressure to get anyone from the peer review camp to stand on a stage with me, because I am feared by them like no other.
The Truth I’ve uncovered contradicts their “science” with reality & common sense.
Like the high jump, this, HOF = Balanced Locomotion, is a paradigm shift that gives all no choice - know choice - to teach physical integrity (not erode it with untrue dysfunctional dogma.
I know how to lay it on… and everything I’m saying is true (stand up and speak if you say different - don’t cower in silence like a coward).
