@Village_Hotels @lxualice I bet they are very unhelpful we tried to change booking because we are snowed in and there a joke won’t even change to a cheaper deal using our full payment , they don’t obviously listen to snow report or look outside

What a set of greed hotels won’t let us change our booking £181 for one night would change to a cheaper deal on Sunday so you wouldn’t have lost maybe you need to listen to weather reports snowed in one angry customer #VillageHotels
