@Ryanair currently a 4 hour delay on my boyfriends flight from Pescara, no updates, no water provided, on the plane, off the plane, kids passing out in the heat. What’s the issue!

Despite the @Ryanair app telling me repeatedly that my mother’s flight to Pescara was on time, and an alert from them saying plane landed 20 mins ago, it won’t actually arrive for another 6! I swear to God if there was another way to get to Pescara, I’d take it!!!
