Congrats to today's winners of the #NobelPrize in Physics, who created artificial neural networks that are used in machine learning! If you're inspired to learn how neurons connect, we have the perfect wallet game for you! 😀#neuroscience#cardgamescatlilli.com/product-page/n…
I have a poster at the Society for Neuroscience Meeting for the first time in 10 years, thanks to the Huntington’s Disease research of my phenomenal high school student Sadie R. We’re on the virtual platform if you’re registered! #sfn2024sfn.org/meetings/neuro…
@AndyElders This is true. One thing about the game that could be improved is balancing the managers better. Even if the last player in initial turn order gets to pick first, they’re still too uneven.
Last weekend we pretended to be musicians climbing our way up to famous rock stars! It was extremely well designed & built around an immensely enjoyable theme. Grew attached to my character, so hopefully I’ll get to play Leo Love again! #boardgamesboardgamegeek.com/boardgame/4026…
The first 27 students arrive on campus next week! As a member of their Industry Advisory Board, I am excited and proud to see this Duke Master's Degree coming to fruition! #Duke#gamedesignene.duke.edu/programs/gddi
Catching up on our unopened games…. Next up - Emerge! Players build up volcanoes emerging from the sea, popuating them with trees, crabs, turtles, seals, and birds. Pretty fun and very cute. 🌳 🦀 🐢 🦭 🐦 #boardgames
We finally got to play #SkyTeam! Can’t say enough good things about this 2 player cooperative game - well deserving of this years #spieldesjahres ! Extremely innovative mechanics made us feel as if we were actually landing planes together at Montreal and London! Loved it.
