@PaulPaully69 I would hope not. Callers need to be on course to pick up all of the action. Using callers in a studio to commentate on cricket and football falls flat as well. Trying to be cheap is not the best option for viewers.

Sad to learn of passing of John Martin. Born into racing family throug Dad Jim. A quiet unassuming character but a wonderful man. Raced many successful gallopers and had fantastic associations with the Blanch and Searle families. John had been battling illness for a few years.
