And it's beautiful because she's literally NOT in peace in that scene. It's an event transpiring at a time of war and crisis. And yet the mere thought of Celeborn manages to make a smile bloom on her face and stars shine in her eyes.

Galadriel in TROP has very few moments of joy, of peace, or of happiness. She experiences such feelings when she's riding freely on the beach, or when the tree is revived through the power of the rings. The one time she has such a feeling over a person, it's in this moment.
