By day, I'm a mobile App developer. By night (and weekends 😅), I'm building products, contributing to open source, and learning how to grow a startup. One question. What's the biggest reason you don't finish the books you start? Mine used to be buying the next book before finishing the current one. Curious what yours is.

One of the most useful components I've built isn't AI. It's an image uploader. I got tired of workflows like this: Image URL → Download image → Open website → Upload image again 😩 So I built a component that accepts images in four different ways: ✅ Paste a direct image URL ✅ Paste a Base64 string ✅ Upload using the file picker ✅ Drag & drop an image No unnecessary downloads. No switching between tabs. Everything goes through the same upload flow. I originally built this for llmtool.dev last year, and it's been one of those small features that quietly makes the product feel much smoother. Now I'm wondering... Is this solving a real problem that you've run into, or am I overengineering a convenience feature? I'd genuinely love your honest feedback. If you'd use something like this, let me know what else you'd add.

Most people think building happens in the IDE. Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen between the pages of a book.

Being vulnerable and honest… I usually average 40 books a year but have fallen off my reading habit in a real way and have started and not finished several books. What is a good book that is both #poignant but a good reentry into my daily reading

I am in the biggest reading slump of my life and currently eight books behind pace. Please give me some fiction recommendations immediately. No biographies (real people are generally boring) and no self-help (I’m already awesome) 📚

Doesn't it happen to you guys that you read a series of books from a certain author and they're so so good that they leave you on a reading slump so bad that you can't even finish one single book in two years? Because it happened to me 🥲
