Despite entering the correct OTP, the system still shows an error popup n won't let me generate a new password, glitch has now affected 3 clients- it's ridiculous.Add a 'Show Password' toggle on the portal. Getting locked out after a few wrong attempts is user-unfriendly.

The government is likely amend the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, to relax restrictions on advertising by CAs and their firms.
ICAI will also be revising its Code of Ethics and Advertisement Guidelines to align with this proposal.

Disappointed with @myspinny. Post-sale experience is frustrating:
1. Can’t update mobile
2. City change not allowed after moving
3. No grievance redressal matrix(as per support)
4. Logistics call once,reschedule if missed
5. Very poor customer support
