@Catboyspayer i loved how suffused in Redness they made the whole scene. like she's crawling into him & the heightened paranoia serves to make the smell of the scene more pungent. like: it's done, its irrevocable, the girl has mutated & grown up & gone

The scene where she bites his tongue off... It's so wonderful

tool-cycles of violence.... & of course that heaviness in "dear angel". angel to her devil, but ofc: both are both, are neither. both could only have come into this world because humans sought solace from this & that: from the familiarity of being told what to do, from religion

especially so because makima is trying to find meaning in Hell for what she wishes to see in - her own absolution in heaven. i think: & angel is her but Lesser shaped, to be lightened & lifted to the sky & placed into relationships they/she can't imagine to ruin them.
