Breves notas sobre el indulto a las seis de La Suiza. 1) Siguen siendo autoras de un delito de coacciones y otro de obstrucción a la justicia por presionar a un empresario a que retirase su denuncia penal. El Estado, por decisión discrecional del Gobierno, renuncia a castigar (a la pena), pero no borra el delito ni modifica los Hechos Probados de la sentencia. 2) Consecuencia de lo anterior, el indulto no borra sus antecedentes penales, que conservan cada una de ellas. 3) El indulto tampoco borra su obligación de pagar los 125.428 € (más intereses y costas) a que fueron condenadas por los daños y perjuicios causados al empresario y sus familiares. Si no pagan, se embargarán sus bienes, cuentas y sueldos. Y si no tienen nada, la sentencia penal prevé que pague el sindicato CNT. Y esto ocurre con todos los indultos, forma parte de su funcionamiento. Por lo demás, ahorraos la cantinela: un servidor lleva lustros criticando la arcaica figura del indulto, tanto si la ejerce un gobierno del PP como del PSOE. Es una nefasta figura para la separación de poderes, abusivamente utilizada por unos y otros.

Interview of Debora Silvestri on her crash at Milano–Sanremo Donne: “I’ve watched the footage of the crash, but I have to admit, it wasn’t easy to see. It was a really shocking fall. I was literally flying metres down on the asphalt. Looking back, I realize just how lucky I was with how everything turned out.” “I remember what happened up to a certain point. We were in the middle of a descent, going really fast. There was contact just ahead of me, some of my teammates crashed, and I had nowhere to go to avoid them. I braked hard, lost control of my bike, and ended up on the narrow service road alongside the course, going straight over the guardrail. It all happened in a split second.” “The pain is still quite intense, but I’m starting to feel better. The first few days were the toughest. I couldn’t even get out of bed and needed oxygen support. Yesterday, for the first time, I managed to stand up and take a few steps. My chest is still very sore, but I’m improving.
