It’s been two weeks of no booze and two a days everyday and honestly I’ve never felt better. To be honest the mental clarity I have right now is the highlight of the whole process thus far. Physically, I’m down from 205 to 200 but I’m taking creatine and holding a lot of water weight. I also don’t care as much about hitting 185 as long as I look, as the kids say, “snatched.”
