@clubbertime @RyanQualtrics Utah needs a complete and total overhaul of the coaching staff. Only person who should be allowed to stay is Madden.

I just want to say….there is no salary cap on coaching. I don’t know who our special teams coach is but @RyanQualtrics should throw 3x regular salary at the best special teams coach in the league. If we had an AVERAGE power play we’d be unstoppable.

Tourigny confirmed that JJ Peterka was benched for a majority of the third period and OT because of his play. “I had a discussion with JJ, and that discussion will stay inside our room.” #TusksUp

@houston_brogan Also you did not trade for Peterka to play defense, and stick him on a line with Hayton or Kerfoot all year. Peterka is a great passer and great scorer and is being totally mismanaged by Tourigny

Respectfully, I disagree with this. I've written about JJ's defensive game a few times this year. It has come miles since he left Buffalo. In fact, his last shift of the game was a minute and a half of pure defense, which ended with him diving to poke the puck out of the zone. That's not a guy that doesn't care about defense. Yes, he could have been a half-step more urgent on the short-handed goal, but that's not enough to get him benched (and he played plenty of shifts after that). I'll attach an in-depth article about Peterka's defensive game below.
