@pwaggs @ElectrifyAm This is not making sense to me. It makes sense that I need to download the EA app to register with the code to then get the charge. Are you saying there is another option? This is supposed to be free with my lease.

@RachelPeachman I am a bit surprised the article doesnt nod to other diets and that breakfast can include miso soup, veggies, rice, fish … my preferred breakfast always includes cabbage with its high water content. Just a thought here …

NO, breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day. (Every meal is important & each one is an opportunity to get in nutrients.) YES, it's possible to eat a fast, nutritious, inexpensive breakfast. NO, you don't have to eat first thing. Listen to your hunger cues.
