After running the 23s test in practice I stayed after to go to the sand pit.Starting with broad jumps and bounds into the sand as long with standing triple jumps I ended the session with 2 and 3 step long and triple jumps, these are a few on camera @CoachRomero9 @WhiteELAStar

After a solo session in the morning I'm ready to get home, eat, rest, recover and come back out here for a second group session later in the afternoon! The season is getting closer so the hard work can't stop!! @WhiteELAStar @CoachRomero9

IM BORN FOR CLUTCH MOMENTS!! My final jump in the finals and the kid before me just jumped an inch more than me, pushing me to 5th place. So I responded by jumping the 2nd best jump of my season and solidifying my spot in area with no jumpers after me.@__CoachRod @ElsikXC_Track

AGTG, after getting hurt in the previous meet, exactly 1 week later and only having 1 day of practice, I competed in the district. Jumping my second best jump of the season of 42-9, I qualified and earned my place in the area meet. @__CoachRod @ElsikXC_Track

Not my beat performance in triple jump due to an injury. I jumped 40.4ft with a slightly strained hip/glute that stopped me from finishing my jumps. All in all it was a good learning experience as I prepare and heal up for district @__CoachRod @ElsikXC_Track

I placed third place in triple jump with a pr of 43.4ft at the Bridgeland relays yesterday. heading into spring break I have things to clean up. Expecting another big pr after the break. @ElsikXC_Track @__CoachRod
