Two papers coauthored by Notre Dame Law Professor Christian Burset (@cburset) were cited in Justice Neil Gorsuch’s concurring opinion in Learning Resources Inc. v. Trump. @legalstyleblog @IJSanders I confess error! For my first cut at citations, I relied on library-supplied metadata via Zotero. I’ve corrected some of the resulting mistakes, but clearly not all. (And I will be immensely grateful to whatever student editors eventually cite-check this!)
