I recently “met” on Zoom with a VP candidate from the East Bay who said traveling to Palo Alto to meet IRL was just “too far” This same candidate had been looking for several months

I’m all for distributed teams I am getting burnt out on distributed job offers, however I don’t think folks remotely prepare for Zoom interviews the way they did / do for IRL ones
