Titans are releasing CB L'Jarius Sneed, which will save Tennessee $11.4 million against the cap, per sources. Titans informed Snead’s agents, the Katz Brothers, of their decision today; Sneed now will become a free agent.

#Jaguars GM James Gladstone says the team isn’t active in free agency because they want the compensatory picks for players lost (Etienne, Lloyd). Knowing they'll get those picks allows them to be active on the trade market in training camp and during the season.

@DanWSports It’s frustrating that we have had the same problem since Herbert was drafted and the past two seasons we the cap in our favor being top 5 in the l but yet to use any of it for anything? I get the comp picks argument but 6 and 7ths rounders wont help.

I get the nervousness/frustrations from #Chargers fans, but going this way is a strategy, not a reaction.
They're banking on coaching (McDaniel, Barry), scheme, & surrounded talent (Slater, Alt, Biadasz, Herbert, Hampton, Ingold, Kolar), and looking to spend money elsewhere.

Source: Former Dolphins OG Cole Strange reached agreement today on a two-year, $13 million deal with the Chargers, where he now will be reunited with his former head coach Mike McDaniel in Los Angeles.

This reflects recent cuts and moves but not yet the new Charlie Kolar signing (3yr/$24.3M, $17M guaranteed). Once finalized, it'll reduce space by roughly the 2026 cap hit—still plenty of room left before free agency opens March 11.
