@transport_wales How do I get a refund for two tickets purchased on BH Monday for travel between Newbridge and Cardiff. The trains were cxx last minute and the buses failed to show. Why make me jump through hoops to get my money back

@tfwrail Visited 2 different booking offices today and spoke too 3 staff members. None could help. The chap in Ystrad Mynach told me to go to Cardiff. Cardiff couldn't help at 8.00 or 16.30 when I revisited.
