@0xkarasy To my knowledge that has not happened yet while there are steep declines in demand for many programs. This is true for a couple of programs at my university also. Clearest indication of this scenario is so-called "bottuwa" where UGC go around in cycles trying to fill vacancies.

Privacy Notice starts well at para 3 and then simply nukes it in the last item of "Use of Your Personal Data". It should be through a valid Court Order.
