Culture is what you tolerate! Not the poster in the locker room, team slogan, or pregame speech. Team culture is rarely destroyed by one bad player. It’s destroyed when selfishness, laziness, negativity, disrespect, excuses, entitlement, and bad body language get ignored by coaches, defended by parents, laughed at by the bench, or allowed by veteran players and captains. The best teams protect the standard together.

More marvelous stuff from the Twins' bullpen today! 39-year-old Luis Garcia, DFA'd by the Mets with a 7.11 ERA a few weeks ago, gets the ball with a one-run lead in the eighth inning and blows it without recording a single out. Byron Buxton deserves better than this, man.

Per sources: North Dakota transfer point guard Greyson Uelmen has committed to .@UNImbb. Uelmen averaged 16.8 points, 2.8 rebounds & 2.4 assists in 35 games last season as a redshirt freshman. In .@TheSummitLeague Tournament this past season he averaged 31 points per game.

Twins got swept by the Reds despite starters Joe Ryan, Taj Bradley, and Bailey Ober allowing three earned runs in 18 1/3 innings for a combined 1.47 ERA. Bullpen and defense were rough, and the lineup went 6-for-35 (.171) with runners in scoring position. Back to .500 at 11-11.

So true leagues were completely separate back than and Doby went through the same things Robinson did. Baseball needs to do a better job of telling his story so more people understand what he went through and accomplished both Jackie and Larry were great pioneers!
