we just crossed 2,000,000 users on @resend. just 4 months ago, we were celebrating 1M users. the definition of a "developer" is changing, and it's changing fast.

Hard truth: You'll never feel ready to ship the thing you've been sitting on. Momentum is a result of building, not a condition for it. Start when it feels messy. You might just find the idea was always good enough.

Week 3 recap. Here's what actually happened:

Week 3 update: Shipped a car detailing directory to production. Two proposals in the pipeline. Posted content every single day for 21 straight days. Reorganized the entire business backend. Still no team. Still no ad budget. Just building, selling, and showing up.

What's the best piece of business advice you've ever received? Mine: "The first million dollars you make is the hardest. The second million is inevitable."

✅Three weeks building in public and haven't missed a day. Been rough so far. After no response to texts, I called instead. Prospect answered immediately and we’re moving forward. Learning that sometimes the deal isn't dead, I’m just using the wrong method of communication.

Nobody read my first tweet. Nobody shared my first LinkedIn post. Three weeks later, business owners are DMing me after reading my content. Conversations are starting that would have taken months of cold calls. Content doesn't pay off on day one. It compounds. Keep posting. 👨🏾‍💻

What's the one tool or app you use every day that most people have never heard of? I'll go first: Obsidian+Claude (I know it’s cheating). Now that I’ve built my entire brain, business notes, client files, and daily checklists out of one app. Everything changed overnight.
