my dog goes on food strikes because her kibble isn't up to par and toppers aren't good enough then gives herself tummy issues...... girl you were literally a street dog how are you like this

rent is fucking outrageous here. the fact that we have to pay the same prices as toronto renters is actually asinine

and then rich people who come into work actually have the nerve to talk about "people are lazy that's why we can't find employees here" - maybe it's because people can't afford to fucking live here anymore like??

$3800/month for a detached house, $2500/month for one floor of a house with 2 bedrooms, $2200/month for one bedroom apartment - im gonna vom

like the only "thriller" part of the book was the super disturbing scenes which were like... nauseating. this was probably one of my least favourite books ive consumed

why was pretty girls by karen slaughter so hyped up in regards to "unimaginable plot twists" but the whole novel was predictable, cheesy and dragged out im so annoyed lol

getting into horror/psych thriller books and starting one that tiktok recommends and raves about only for it to be dumb so far (im 60% finished the book tbf)

friends with periods, debilitating pain of any kind is never normal despite what your doctor tells you. you know your body best

like yeah ive had to do all of the research myself and am now going to a super wonderful naturopath that hopefully will help, plus a visit to the ER last night because of the pain im in that i would still be at a loss with if i didn't advocate for myself. it's so frustrating

interesting how ive been into my family doctor countless times over the span of a decade and have to practically beg him for an ultrasound and an OBGYN consultation only for two doctors within the last few days to tell me "have you heard of endometriosis?"
