@mattvanswol They’re only little for such a short time. Soak in everything. You forget the bad stuff. I would trade anything to hang with my kids at 6 and 5. We look at pictures and wish we could transport back to that time.

This woman’s neighbors keeps reporting her to the HOA. They claim she’s not taking in the trash bins on the same day even though she always does. So now on every trash day, she sets up a camera and records herself taking them in so that the neighbor and the HOA can’t complain and fine her again. It’s pettiness from neighbors like her’s that make people not want an HOA, would you be so complacent or would you just take them in whenever?

I know it's been 40 years and some of you were still sperm in your father, but all y'all screeching NO KIDS WATCHED THE CHALLENGER EXPLOSION are not only stupid, you're pig ignorant. 1) A teacher was on board as an astronaut 2) Lot of teachers wheeled TVs into their classrooms so that kids could watch a teacher fly into space. 3) Those kids saw the Challenger explode One of the worst videos I saw was of Christa McAuliffe's (the teacher in question) classroom -with a sub teacher- watching the video as the Challenger exploded.

@gotrice2024 Walk into the coffee shop and buy two coffees. On your way out, hand one to the homeless guy. It is simple. You don’t need to flex by telling the cashier what you’re doing.

This woman saw a homeless person outside this coffee shop, she goes inside and tries to get the homeless person a coffee. The store worker declines and tells her he would be fired and it’s against their policy because once the homeless people know they can get customers to buy the things, they will keep harassing customers until they get what they want. Even though it’s just a cup of coffee, what would you have done, would you just got to another shop that values human life?

@TonyLaneNV Life is too short to give a damn about what other people are doing. Every time a plane lands everybody makes it off. 20 seconds after you hit the airport interior, you don’t care anymore. So why care in the first place?

@KeruboSk I wake up at 330 and immediately feed the dogs. Getting on the road early to avoid those that have five hours to get to a doctors appointment is a motivator. I also like avoiding evening traffic. Plus I get so much done the first two silent hours at work.

Now I'm two months from the wedding, and my entire bridal party is "gently suggesting" I find something more "classic." My mother-in-law offered to buy me a "proper" dress from David's Bridal. But when I put this on, I see my grandmother's garden, her stories about village celebrations, the culture she left behind when she immigrated. Yes, it's not a traditional white gown. Yes, people might whisper. But isn't a wedding dress supposed to make you feel like the truest version of yourself? I'm torn between keeping peace and keeping this dress that makes my heart sing every time I look at those embroidered birds

@AllieGal19 @terjeholden @beyoncegarden They used to only implant 1 side. By the time we found a surgeon willing to do the 2nd side, 3 yrs passed. The sound was so imbalanced, she only wears one. She really is a pioneer for the CI. Now she’s a speech language pathology assistant.
