As part of the process, a Community Budget Cell was established through the selection of ten members from the ward who will take the lead in monitoring project implementation, tracking progress, and coordinating follow-up actions on service delivery. The area MCA who was also present during the meeting, provided a timely opportunity for residents to directly engage and seek clarity on the status of projects within the ward.
