Hello @FactoryCreature , explain why me and several others have experienced this stuff from you? Why is your owner, Qiuni, attacking and complaining about customers in your public telegram group from time to time? Why does ICF allow its fans to go out and harass/attack others?

It’s such a great feeling after you spend thousands of dollars on private custom pooltoys, wait 5 months after constant delays and queue skipping, and receive the toys in the wrong sizes and with paint issues. Also nice being left on read constantly trying to get my order fixed🙃
