@ceejtc @Radiance_banawe Hi! It's not really a requirement per se but rather to secure yung therapist na request mo. Para lang rin maiwasan yung ghost appointments AND the disappointment na pagdating doon eh biglang "hindi available" yung therapist you requested

@simplyme101486 @TerrenceAquino3 @infinity_spa_ph I’m not sure if this is the same Felix in ISF. Sobrang disappointing ng Apollo massage. Lakas pa humirit ng tip. Umalis na lang ako ng spa kaagad kahit hindi na-utilize wet area.
