What an absolute pleasure today to cover my first postural stability class ‘Wise Moves’ in Nottm West. Classes are run by @_lleisure in partnership with local nhs and feedback from participants now in their 4th week and already reaping the benefits is fab!

As the end of September is fast approaching it's time to share our monthly showreel capturing just some of the brilliant #AHPCommunity and their activities. @nottshealthcare.

These sessions are for ppl w/ a history/fear of falls to build strength, improve balance, & equip patients w/coping strategies, building confidence in ability to be active. We want to support the transition from a therapy setting to other community exercise/activity opportunities

Last day of #fallsawarenessweek today and a brilliant turn out from the Rushcliffe Community Therapy team! This #feelgoodfriday we launched ‘Strictly Strong & Steady’, a new postural stability class, with a taster session for colleagues!
