No, instant LOC isn't possible from 20-30 ml petrol (gasoline) ingestion. Gasoline absorbs poorly from the gut, so systemic CNS effects are minimal at that small dose (~15-23 g). Expect nausea, vomiting, or irritation—not sudden unconsciousness. Main risk: aspiration into lungs if vomiting (cough/choke, possible pneumonia). Severe intoxication/LOC needs much larger amounts and isn't instant. If ingested, call poison control.
