Sisi may be vulnerable; maybe not. No one knows why uprisings/revolutions happen when they do. As @timurkuran has written, these phenomenon are not predictable. That does not mean it wont happen, but that we won't know until it does.

#Refugee #Camp #Management : A Pressing Global Problem- and it will only get worse… because of #wars & #climatechange.
