We’ll run periodic calls for proposals. 5) ve‑model (locking for boost) - To participate fully in governance and earn protocol emissions, you’ll be able to lock (vote‑escrow) your tokens for veCeitnot. Lock duration determines voting power and reward boosts — aligning long-term holders with the protocol. 6) Anti‑sybil & fairness measures - Airdrops and early incentives will include anti‑sybil checks (on‑chain activity thresholds, time‑weighted snapshots, KYC for large allocations where needed) to keep distribution fair. 7) Practical steps for a user today - Use the protocol: deposit into ERC‑4626 vaults, provide LP, borrow ceitUSD in CDP mode — this increases your odds for airdrop eligibility and opens earn programs once launched. - Join community channels (Discord/Telegram) and sign up for updates — we’ll announce snapshot dates, claim windows, and liquidity events there. - Prepare for staking/locking: once you acquire tokens, consider locking some into ve for maximum governance influence rather than immediate selling.

Ceitnot is a lending protocol that treats yield from collateral as a first-class input to solvency. While traditional lending is mostly “you borrowed X, you owe interest until you repay”, Ceitnot adds a second axis: when the collateral vault’s share price increases (NAV / share in asset terms, via ERC-4626 convertToAssets), the protocol can apply that accrual against outstanding debt through a global scaling mechanism, executed by a permissionless or keeper-triggered harvestYield call. That design is the Yield Siphon. It is not magic money printing: it is accounting that moves value from collateral revaluation and vault yield into a reduction in effective debt for all borrowers in a market, bounded by oracles, rounding rules, a heartbeat, and the reality that price can fall faster than yield accrues — which is where liquidations and risk parameters matter. Where it lives: one engine proxy users and integrations call; a market registry maps each marketId to an ERC-4626 vault, an oracle, risk (LTV, liquidation threshold, penalty), and optional IRM. ceitUSD in CDP mode is minted when users borrow and burned on repay. A PSM (optional deployment) can stabilize the peg to external stables. Governance (token + ve + governor + timelock) is the intended path for parameter changes in production.
